Welcome to VO1 – Virtual Office for New Businesses (“VO1”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our virtual office services, including the provision of a business address at 1260/1 Queens Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided VO1 provides a prestigious street address for official correspondence only (e.g., from ASIC, ATO, banks, licensing bodies). We receive, scan, and email official mail to you same-day. We do not accept packages, parcels, or general/personal mail (e.g., marketing, magazines). Such items may be returned or refused.

2. Subscription & Payment

  • Monthly subscription (cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice).
  • First month trial pricing available.
  • Payments via [PayPal Subscription /WooCommerce]. Late payments may suspend service.

3. Address Use & Compliance

  • You may use the address for ASIC registered office, business name, ABN, and official purposes.
  • We provide a signed occupier consent letter upon request.
  • Consent is valid only while your subscription is active and paid. Upon cancellation or non-payment, consent is revoked.
  • You are solely responsible for updating your registered office/business address with ASIC within 28 days of any change (Form 484 or online). Failure is your liability.

4. Cancellation & Termination

  • Cancel via dashboard or email. Service ends at billing cycle end.
  • No refunds for partial months (except 30-day guarantee on first payment).
  • We may terminate for breach (e.g., misuse of address).

5. Liability & Limitations

  • We handle official mail with care but are not liable for delayed/lost mail due to third parties (Australia Post).
  • No liability for missed deadlines/fines from unnotified mail.
  • Service provided “as is” – no guarantee of delivery times beyond same-day scanning.

6. Changes to Terms We may update these terms – continued use means acceptance.
