Terms of Service

VO1 Terms of Service

Last updated:

Welcome to VO1 – Virtual Office for New Businesses (“VO1”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our virtual office services, including the provision of a business address at 1260/1 Queens Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.

By subscribing, you agree to these terms:

Mandatory Compliance & Address Consent Disclosure

By completing your address subscription purchase with VO1, you enter into a legally binding commercial service agreement. VO1 grants your entity revocable written consent to list our premium Victorian premises as your Registered Office and Principal Place of Business with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Business Register (ABR).

 1. Services Provided

VO1 provides a prestigious street address for  official correspondence only  (e.g., from ASIC, ATO, banks, licensing bodies). We receive, scan, and email official mail to you same-day.

We do not accept packages, parcels, or general/personal mail  (e.g., marketing, magazines). Such items may be returned or refused at our discretion.

 2. Subscription & Payment

– Monthly subscription (cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice).

– First month trial pricing available.

– Payments processed via secure gateway (PayPal). Late payments may suspend service.

 3. Address Use and Compliance

– You may use the address for ASIC registered office, business name, ABN, GST, and official purposes.

– We provide a signed occupier consent letter upon request.

– Consent is valid  only while your subscription is active and paid . Upon cancellation or non-payment, consent is automatically revoked.

–  You are solely responsible  for notifying ASIC of any change to your registered office or business address within 28 days (Form 484 or online). Failure is your liability.

Important Notice Regarding Registered Address Services

To ensure a smooth transition for all our clients, please remember that your permission to use our premises as your registered office address is directly linked to your active subscription.

If your subscription lapses or becomes inactive, we kindly ask that you update your business details with ASIC and the ABR within the required 28-day window.

Please note that if a business continues to use our address without an active subscription, we are legally required to notify ASIC via Form 5122 (Notice of Lack of Consent), and any incoming mail will unfortunately be marked “Return to Sender.”

 4. Cancellation & Termination

Critical Restrictions on Non-Payment & Cancellation:

Revocation of Consent: In the event that your recurring subscription fails, lapses, or is intentionally cancelled, your permission to utilize this address is withdrawn immediately at the end of your paid billing term.

The Return to Sender Mandate: On Day 15 following a subscription lapse, all incoming physical mail, corporate letters (including ATO and ASIC correspondence), or legal packages will be marked **”Return to Sender — Left Address”** and rejected at the point of delivery.

The ASIC Property Dispute Escalation: On Day 22 of a continuous subscription lapse, **vo1** will file an official property dispute with ASIC via the digital Online Enquiry Portal. This logs a formal lack-of-consent flag on your corporate profile under the *Corporations Act*, which triggers automated statutory late fees ($102 to $428) and can result in forced corporate deregistration.

– Cancel via Paypal, vo1 account dashboard or email to info@vo1.com.au. Service ends at billing cycle end.

– No refunds for partial months (except 30-day guarantee on first payment).

– We may terminate for breach (e.g., misuse of address, non-payment).

 5. Liability & Limitations

– We handle official mail with reasonable care but are not liable for delayed/lost mail due to third parties (Australia Post).

– No liability for missed deadlines, fines, or losses from unnotified mail.

– Service provided “as is” – no guarantee of delivery times beyond same-day scanning.

 6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms – continued use means acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
